What is your question?
This is a random occurance. It always happens in the AM, or when the car is being driven for the first time on any give day. It happens within just a few minutes of being driven. It happens at a speed of 35 to 40 miles per hour, or less. my engine loses power, becomes very hard to steer, the steering pulls to one side. I will shut off the car, then restart, and it resumes normal operation. Very dangerous and concerning. What can this be?

Hello, The steering difficulty is due to the loss of engine power. The engine drives the power steering pump, so there is no power steering when the engine stops. Stalling at 35-45mph only on cold starts... sorry to say, but you or I could scratch our heads about that one all day and never have a clue as to the issue until we scan it to see what the live data says. Diagnostics will be required.
I appreciate your feedback. I'll take your advice and do the diagnostics. Many thanks!
No problem at all, thanks for writing in. Sorry I couldn't be more help.. there is just a point where I'm wasting your time more than giving advice.
