My car wobble in the front when I drive it. Its not out of line, check it.

What is your question?

I replace the front tires, still the same. At first I thought one tire might have a bubble on it. Not the case. When I make a turn at the corner it makes a ticking noise. When I am just going down the street it still have little wobble then it get stronger on the freeway.
