heater motor does not work happened suddenly

Sounds like the blower motor has failed and needs replaced.

if you bump the bottom of blower motor and it starts to spin, it could be bad brushes on the bottom. if you take it out and clean it up it should work for awhile. but you will need to replace sooner or later because motor may be on its way out.
