Have to hold ignition key all the way to the right to release shifter out of park several other electrical issues

Several fuses in fuse box do not have power. Power windows front wipers radio heater fan in controls headlights high and low beam do that work after starting car you must hold key all the way to the right to the start position to activate shifter release

What makes this problem better or worse?

Use a jumper wire to put positive current where are fuses do not work shut up turn up please
