Has anyone had any problems with a battery going dead occasionally?

You betchya!! I purchased the vehicle from the original owner 3 years ago, and replaced the battery immediately as I was made aware it was needed & didn't want to take any risks. A year later, I was dead in the water (so dead in fact, that it drained the car to the point it wouldn't even go into neutral!) Bought another battery, also opted for the best they had hoping to avoid another replacement again so soon....viola, 9 months later I just had to get another new battery for it. Also, a common issue for our year, make, model - and yet, seems no recall on this...

Has anyone done a batt draw test could be grounding out through the clock maybe the door light is staying on other than the batt what else has been checked
