Replaced the front blower motor and nothing. checked for power and no power to the motor when its on. Could it still be the resistor, or should I look some where else? Everything else works fine.

The dark green wire at the blower motor should have power (key on) the black wire at the motor gets controlled by the blower motor resistor block, dark blue wire at the resistor is fused power, the dark blue/gray wire goes to the heater control. Resistor is located behind the glove box.
ok thanks I thought green was + and black was -. both are getting 12.28 V and still nothing.
