Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. So sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. The issue with your dash lights staying on after turning off your Pacifica is likely related to the water leak you're experiencing. Moisture inside the vehicle can cause electrical components to short out or malfunction. In your case, the water near the driver's side visor might be seeping into a wiring connector and creating a short, leading to the lights staying on. If not addressed promptly, this kind of moisture-related electrical problem can sometimes cause more severe issues. I recommend locating and fixing the leak first, as it could be coming from the sunroof drains, windshield, or roof seam. Once the leak is resolved, drying out the affected areas and checking the wiring for damage or corrosion is essential. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered.
