Hi guys my problem is that when the weather gets cold around 45 degrees my 2004 pacifica the transmition would not shift from 1st gear, heater doesn't turn on, windows won't go down,radio doesn't turn on, fog light stay on, all component on dash panel light up. But when the sun heats up the auto's body everything goes back to normal.

It sounds like you have an electrical connection issue which is affected by cold weather. With that many systems affected on your 2004 Chrysler Pacifica it should not be to difficult for a qualified technician to perform some checks while the problems are occurring and pinpoint the cause of these issues. What you are experiencing could most likely be caused by a faulty connection inside of a control module or an external wiring connection.
