What is your question?
About 6-7 months whenever I go to start my 90 New Yorker it won't do anything but click for about 20 times than it may start, or I have to turn the steering wheel a certain way before it will start. Afte that it will start the rest of the day but after sitting over nite I have trouble starting it again. Also the radio has stopped working too and only plays whenever it wants to. Can someone help me?

Assuming your battery is in good condition and the battery cables are tight, Your starter motor is the likely culprit. The electrical contacts in the starter wear and oxidize causing a poor electrical connection causing this clicking noise. Also, the ignition switch connectors should be inspected as on your particular vehicle, the connectors tend to overheat and damage connectors and contacts within the switch it's self. This may or may not address your radio concern. The radio may have just expired due to internal electrical componet failure.
Thank You!!! I could kiss you!! Had the starter replaced Thursday and the job costed $229! Could have been more but as I talked to tech and explained the things you said he must have thought I had some repair knowledge so he didn't try and get over on me hahaha. I was like "Oh, and please inspect the ignition switch connectors to please, you know sometime they may tend to overheat and cause damage with in the switch" The one thing he did not do was leave the old starter in my back floor. I suspect he wanted to return it for the core credit huh? I aways ask for the old part whenever possible, I just don't trust some shops!
