Codes P0605 and P0700 car stuck in one gear i believe it is in limp mode no other codes probability of pcm being bad

What is your question?

Pcm p0605 and p0700 car stuck in 1st or 2nd around 30mph to 3000rpm should pcm be replaced I'm guessing the p0605 came 1st and p0700 from limp mode

What makes this problem better or worse?

Same doesn't change
