I want to know why I am hearing a slapping noise coming from the front passager

side , I hear it when i go over both small and big bumps and sometimes when i turn the steering wheel left or right. I have replaces just about everything in the front cradle mounts, struts , ball joints ,sway bar mounts inner and outer tie rods and yet I am still hearing and feeling this slapping noise
