The front passengers window and the back window on drivers. Side want roll down. Also i have no air or heat.coming out of any of the vents when i turn on heater fan or air conditioner what is wrong

I just bought the car i turn on the heater i hear nothing, i push the button for passengers window and window behind driver to go.down i hear nothing windows will.not go down . next question is. I need to hook a speaker up n my car. Where do i run the speaker wire to on the radio inorder to hook the wire to the radio so i can hear the radio
