What is your question?
My car is a Chrysler 99 lhs and I bought it 3 months ago ...I had a variety of problems with ranging from battery, alternator, radiator and condenser... luckily I got over those after hard diagnostics by my own and with some help of friends and they are all fixed, new battery, new radiator, new condenser ... and the mileage is about 115k ...but now I got to a point that I just couldn't figure out what's wrong with it ... the problems as follows is that every time I try to start the car it would basically start and then approximately after 2 seconds it would shut off again ... i have to do this multiple time till I get the car started and it seems this problem happens more often when the weather is very cold... any suggestions?
What makes this problem better or worse?
I noticed it usually happens when weather is cold or it hasn’t been operating for a while
How long has your 1999 Chrysler LHS had this problem?
About two months

Start and stall seems to be related to a lack of fuel or perhaps too much air getting into the engine on a cold start. Certainly it could be as a result of a loss of ignition spark also. Too hard to tell until hands on testing with these systems is performed. Fuel pressure at the engine is one place to start, check for any air intake leaks of unmetered air.
