Yes my car is not shifting into 3rd gear

What is your question?

I changed the filter in the pan add a new floor put new upper and lower shift speed control modules in and it's still not shifting into 3rd gear it goes into like a neutral and revs the engine sometimes it even blows a fuse

What makes this problem better or worse?

It doesn't matter hot or cold

How long has your 1997 Chrysler LHS had this problem?

I just bought the car very cheap with this problem
