Safest to get it inspect, jack up the wheel inspect the tire and rim for damage/wear and that the wheel spins "true". It could also be a sign of suspension wear or wheel bearing issues.

I dont think it is a bad rim, but you think a wheel bearing could do that or could it be ball joints or tie rod ends?
