why do I have no power new battery new cables ,new ingnition fuse

Hello, unfortunately, your question is quite general and has such a large possibility of answers that it is impossible to really know without hands on testing what is going on with your vehicle. What is an "ignition fuse" by the way? So, you're saying you turn the key and the instrumentation is completely inoperative, and no response occurs when turning the key? If so, I'd focus on electrical power, ignition switch related, battery related, battery cable related, or yes - circuit protection related. Hands on testing is needed.
