What is your question?
My convertible stalls for no apparent reason. I will be driving down the road and it just chokes out. Sometimes it starts right back up, other times it takes about 5 minutes to turn over. Other times, it starts up, but when you put your foot on the gas pedal it chokes off. If you let it idle, the car will move but as soon as you step on the gas, it chokes off again. Someone told me a clogged catalytic. Any ideas? The repair shop can't figure it out.

A clogged converter will cause a loss of power at all times-has fuel pressure been checked-also possible electronic ignition issue-a detail diagnostic is needed with proper equipment
the research that ive been doing says ingnition module cause ive been haveing simular promblems. thers ways to test the ingnition module yourself.
I had the fuel filter replaced and the pump checked. They put the car on diagnostic but said nothing came up. My only other thought us that there is something foreign in the gas tank. Would that cause the issue?
