What is your question?
My 2005 Chrysler Crossfire rage-top roof will no longer convert. When I engage to the center console button, it pops/releases the roof but stops there. I need to know where, in the Washington DC Metro Area (Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC), I can go to assess, diagnose, and repair this issue. I tried the roof in the Spring and had to head to Home Depot to get a special wrench to manually re-close the roof. Help, Thanks Clarence.

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Crossfire's convertible roof. The issue might be related to the hydraulic pump, low fluid levels, or a faulty sensor preventing the roof from completing its cycle. Since the Crossfire shares components with Mercedes-Benz models, a shop experienced with both Chrysler and Mercedes vehicles will be your best option. To find a shop near you, head to repairpal.com and check out our shop locator tool.
