Seen exact car with the same issue, turned out it was noisy fuel injectors. Is the car burning oil? Is it low when you check it?

no doesn't burn oil but it's very cold here that's when it started -20

My best guess is it should be ok as long as you have oil. Like i say ive seen these cars with ticking issues
