What is your question?
I started my car its a 99 chrysler concorde i backed it up and put it in park then turned the car off. Few minutes later i went to start it back up and it wouldn't start .every time i try to start it, it blows the ignition fuse. What's causing the car not to start and why does it keep blowing the ignition fuse every time i try to start it up?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing
How long has your 1999 Chrysler Concorde had this problem?
Just started Saturday march 4th 2020 same day i fixed the exhaust.

A blown fuse is a sign of something in the related electrical circuit short circuiting for some unknown reason. There is no way to know why this is happening until you have testing performed on the related circuit to check it out. I would say that if a fuse replaced to the starting system keeps blowing, this will likely lead you to the reason your vehicle not starting. Good luck!
