Ac blows full blast all the time how do i turn the air off? Is there a fuse?

turn A/C button to off.

There is a 25 fuse for blower motor. Have you fixed this issue? Cause i have the same issue in my concorde. And now all of my dash instruments dont work. No speedomoter,odometwr, rpm, wipers,gas gauge,door locks.
