1999 Concorde LX actuators

What is your question?

I replaced both mode and blend actuators. Performed the reset. Still won't properly run a/c. You can hear the blend door flip and then it will pour out the heat. Also temp control unit on dash reads backwards. Hot is cold and cold hot. So 90 degrees is cold. 60 is hot. Swapped it out with another and same thing.
