The blower isnt blowing heat nor air, only sometimes when I hit a bump in the road it'll kick on.

Hello, this sounds like a wiring concern with the ventilation system blower motor. Could be the wiring, could be the connector at the motor, switch or resistor, or it could be the resistor itself. Hands on circuit testing is needed.
