What is your question?
Recently I have to turn the steering wheel much further to make a turn. Its not "sloppy" or "loose." There is no play. ie, if I jiggle left and right, I feel the wheels turning left and right. When centered, the car drives perfectly straight. BUT where I used to turn the wheel 90 degrees to make a turn, its now more like 270 degrees. Other info: This occured after my serpentine belt came off and I lost power steering completely. A shop replaced my belt, power steering restored, but with this newer larger "ratio". Also, that same week, my ignition switch wore out. We replaced it by unbolting the steering column briefly, but I was seeing this issue a few days before that.

This is a very strange complaint. Without inspecting this vehicle and having experience on this vehicle I can only offer generic advice, but I would look at the belt replacement, see that everything is correct. Maybe the wrong belt was installed and the belt is slipping? Please let me know what you find out, I'm very curious! Thanks
