How do you reset the fuel pump after installing

I don't understand the question. The fuel pump receives power via the fuel pump relay when the key is in the RUN or START position. If the fuel pump isn't working, check for power at FUSE A 20amp under the hood, at the relay and check for power at the pump when the key is in the ON position.

Generally ther is no reset procedure. Assuming you replaced fuel pump because vehicle would not start. You could have faulty fuel pump, or even wiring issues.
