water leak on passenger side is it my waterpump

The most importuante thing I need to know to answer your question is. Is it clear clean water? Or is it antifreeze? The water pump is on the right side / pasenger side of the engine compartment. Also the drain for the condensation from the A/C system is on that side. You need to check the the coolent level of the radiator when it is cool and there is no pressure on the system. YOU CAN BE SCALDED OPENING A COOLING SYSTEM WHEN OPENED HOT, INJURED FOR LIFE !!!!!! If you are not sure how to tell the diffence take your car to a professional repair shop you trust. P.S. Do not trust the levle in the overflow jug for the coolent to be full in the radiator/ cooling system.

Maybe, but you don't know for sure unless you perform a pressure test of the cooling system and see how things shake out.
