when ever it rains or gets damp outside the car stalls or just wont start.

Having related problem in cold wet cloudy weather....but mine starts ...runs three seconds...then auto shutoff stalls it seems...when it does this it has no mileage readings on odometer and just one zero lit up on right of odom......then when sun and heat come the odometer lights perfect bells ring ...and car starts runs perfectly.....contact me if you know what activates shutoff of engine...it also reads no bus...sometime when acting up....
