It was overheating so I replaced the radiator now it won't go into drive
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing makes it better or worse
How long has your 2003 Chrysler 300M had this problem?
It stalled out in November hasn't gone into drive since

The transmission oil cooler does consist of the left tank of the radiator, as well as an external cooler in front of the air conditioning condenser. If the radiator was a concern and the cooler could have been compromised also, damage to the transmission could have also occurred. But, this is a big guess and there's no way to know what has failed without performing some diagnostic testing with the automatic transmission using tool that has the ability to monitor component operation.
