What is your question?
A proportioning valve in the left rear brake line has failed. Much to my dismay, these are no longer manufactured, even though they are a key part in the braking system. However, I have found aftermarket products that are universal and adjustable. My question is, if the original valve automatically allowed the correct pressure to the caliper, how would I know what to adjust the adjustable aftermarket valve once it is installed? The aftermarket product I'm referring to is made by JEGS with almost all positive reviews. Thanks!
