Heated seats not working

I take it neither seat heater works? If the car has the premium 8 way memory seat adjuster and heaters if the seats work at all the fuse/circuit breaker is OK. There is a control module (it controls the mirrors, heated seats memory for the seats and seat motors)you can do some testing on if you have a diagram, look for damaged wires under the seat, but the most efficient way to diagnose seat problems is with the Chrysler scan tool.
