Owner: Does the vehicle perform normally ? Is it overheating ? Are all fluid levels good ? Was the Battery connected backwards, even for a second ?
Double check the engine ground straps which is braided and aluminum. If your looking at the engine it will be on the left/right side mid engine level. These are notorious for corroding, causing resistance throughout your electrical system. You can substitute it with a 6 gauge aluminum multi strand wire(common in 220v house wiring) which will not cause dissimilar metal corrosion to your aluminum block. You will have another on the right side, check it as well. Sorry for the late advice, just saw your post and had the same problem.
I had the oil changed fluid level is good the battery was changed no verheating engine light on but no codes
No codes. @ Autozone with a generics scan tool Or no codes with a good Vehicle Specific scan tool ?
Both
We're all of the modules checked for codes. ?
Yes
In that case I would have to see the vehicle to further assist you, one other possility is, I have seen a faulty alternator, ( w/ac voltage) cause warning lamps to come on.
