have oil going to the radiator but not mixing with the motor oil

oil in the radiator is a bad thing; sounds like a blown head gasket

check your lines that go in the radiator from the transmission

you have an oil cooler in your radiator have that checked that's about the only way oil can be getting in your coolant without coolant getting in your oil
