why have both my fobs lost communication with my chrysler 300 s 2019?

car beeps while driving saying fob has left the vehicle , have to push start with fob to start vehicle, locks do not pop up when i walk up to vehicle , remote start will start but have to shut off the vehicle and press start with the fob to drive got a message the other day during this that said service shifter ...

What makes this problem better or worse?
