Drive through high water now it won’t start

Possibly very bad news - if the water was high enough to reach the intake manifold - which sounds likely since the engine stalled - you likely ingested water into the engine and have damaged it beyond repair. Reach out to your insurance company and seek guidance at a local shop near you to have testing performed.
