Just brought this vehicle 3 months ago from a car dealership.

The powertrain warranty from Chrysler is 5 years or 60,000 miles - whichever comes first. The 5 years is from the original new car "in service" date. Check to see if you may fall underneath this -- as an engine noise should be evaluated and having a warranty could be quite helpful. Unless you purchased some other kind of warranty, it's frustrating that you have a problem but the problem is not covered any other way by anyone else. As far as brake squeal - this can be normal, but it could be an indication of heat wear, cracked brake pads, brake pads that were replaced without rotor servicing, and more.
