What is your question?
The battery is good but when you try to start it, it doesn’t even try to turn the engine over. It just says it’s in run and the radio and fan etc turns on. Could it be the ignition relay? It’s like there’s power to the button but not sending signal to starter.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Only been doing it since it’s been cold

Hello, how are you checking your battery to determine it is 'good'? A battery can provide enough power to operate radio and lights and fan, but also not have enough power to crank over an engine. Start by having your battery tested with proper, proven testing equipment. I think you'll find that your battery is in question here first and foremost. If not, then I'd check cable connections to ensure they are clean of corrosion and secure. I'd also perform a test of starter draw. But, I'm about 95% sure your battery is the culprit here. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
Sometimes, if the main wire harness is severed, it will give those symptoms. It is very difficult to diagnose, and it is very expensive.
