What is your question?
So i have a 2014 chrysler 300 and I have been smelling a strong gas odor while driving on the road especially when the tank is full. Today while parked in my driveway I noticed a puddle of gas under the car too. The puddle was under the left rear seat. I pulled up the rear seat and found the pump is leaking through the electrical connector and large amount of gas is pooled on top of the pump. I wanted to know is there any way I can fix this problem or do I need to replace something and if so what Exact parts do I need to replace

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! It sounds like you've pinpointed the issue—leaking fuel through the electrical connector on the fuel pump is a safety concern that needs immediate attention. The fuel is pooling on top of the pump, which isn't a great combo. You'll likely need to replace the entire fuel pump assembly, as the electrical connector shouldn't leak under any circumstances. The exact part is the fuel pump module, which includes the pump and electrical connector. Unfortunately, there's no safe DIY fix for sealing that up.
