My horn won't blow when car running. Can't find relay fuse

What is your question?

My car horn will blow if car switch is turned to ACC but if I crank it it sounds like it has laryngitis and stops blowing. But the alarm is very loud. What's the problem? Also can't find the horn relay switch in fuse box where is it?
