Anybody have similar issues? Dashboard goes crazy, can’t shift out of park, etc

Chrysler 300 Touring 2008 - The dashboard will go crazy, ABS light goes on, speedometer goes up and down, rpm’s go up and down, solid red dot on cluster, when this happens I cannot shift out of park until it stops - usually by waiting or restarting car. Happens pretty much everyday now, seldom the car will shut off while driving. Took it to a trusted mechanic a while back, couldn’t find anything wrong with it. If all else fails I will take it to a mopar dealer.
