2008 Chrysler 300 bogging mainly when cold. Also shuts off sometimes 2.7 V6

Could be quite a few things. Sometimes issues like this are a vacuum leak. The part leaks when cold and then expands and seals when hot. I'd try searching for a vacuum leak when cold or when it's acting up. You can use soapy water in a spray bottle. Spray around the intake, vacuum lines etc and if it momentarily clears up when you spray a certain area you may have found the issue.
