My Chrysler 300 won't start, the lights come on and the radio does to. When l turn it off nothing turns off but the engine.even when I open the door nothing turns off

When I drive my car I go to turn it off and nothing turns off but the engine. The radio plays on even after I get out of the car it is still playing

What makes this problem better or worse?
