Throttle Control light on

I have the same issue, my temp gauge stays at cold while the throttle light is on, once vehicle is restarted and the light goes off the temp gauge returns to normal. Can you say why this is? Thanks

In this case we would want to look at the readings going to the computer first. It could be as simple as a thermostat, or temperature sensor for the computer system. This could be causing both the throttle and temperature sensor issues, and is much cheaper than a throttle body. Please call to schedule diagnostics. 586-939-0230
