suspension and transmission

What is your question?

I have a 06 Chrysler 300. My car seems to sway in the front end, we found the wheel bearings were loose and have a bad one on the passenger side and bad tie rod end on driver side. Seems to still sway. Is it common for sway bars to go bad on the 300's?? And my transmission, when cold, grabs then backs off over and over till it seems to reach over 1500rpms. I've read it could be low fluid to software updates. Any suggestions on these???
