Catalytic Converter and Sensor Problem

What is your question?

My check engine light came on two days before shifter going out. Dealers diagnostic was catalytic converter is bad and all four sensors need to be replace. Warranty well cover converter not sensor. Shouldn't the admissions warranty cover all?
