Car transmission oil coming out from top of dipstick

What is your question?

I checked the oil pan everything is good just that I put oil into the transmission due to a leak I had and I replaced it just now this happened where I bought a new grummer for the dipstick pipe but now it's coming out from the top of the pipe whenever I press on the gas. Not sure what it could be

How long has your 2006 Chrysler 300 had this problem?

Few days just bought it from someone
