What is your question?
Bought a 2006 Chrysler 300c awd 3 weeks ago. It has 164xxx on the body and just had a motor replacement. The replacement motor has 84xxx miles. Under normal acceleration between 40 and 60mph it shakes intermittently and a strange hum come from what sounds like the back (sounds like a floor sander). It doesn't get worse or better while turning but if you accelerate faster it goes away. Its been slowly getting louder since i got it. The only code being thrown is oil pressure sensor. I know my car needs front lower control arms but if anybody can give me any information towards resolving this issue that would be great. Haven't seen anything posted with the same symptoms as mine.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Its better when under hard acceleration.
How long has your 2006 Chrysler 300 had this problem?
A few weeks.

Hello, it sounds like maybe there could be an engine mount concern? What you are hearing may be resonation or vibration of the way the engine is settled into its mounts. Obviously this is a guess, but seems logical based off of the recent history. Finding something with similar symptoms won't be of much help, because most folks do not have a replacement used engine in their vehicle, nor have had such major "surgery" on their vehicles. So, best to approach yours with someone that has a good ear for these things, or the folks that installed the engine in the first place. Perhaps it is a shift or adjustment needed. Perhaps a mount is worn out. Hard to say. Either way, it's worth a listen to by a trained ear.
