flashing lightning bolt is on

What is your question?

my etc light started flashing and i lost all power. I changed the gas pedal, throttle body and then then ecm. The light is still flashing. I have checked all the connections I can find. I haven't tried driving on the road yet. While in park I can accelerate until I engage the brake pedal and it loses all acceleration. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
