What is your question?
I recently had an issue with my car stalling when i was stopped. It began to misfire very bad and would only limp. The MIL began to flash.I limped my way to a parts store to have my codes read. Showed random misfire and p0032, p0038, p0052, p0058. I replaced plugs and wires. Car still presented the same only now the codes are p0032, p0038, p0052, p0058. What are the chanced all 4 of my oxygen sesnors are bad at once? Where do I start with fixing this issue?

The chance that all sensors are bad at once is very small. I'd be looking for a possible wiring issue - perhaps damage to wiring that feeds all 4 sensors. All 4 codes read "circuit high" - so I'd get help from someone with a wiring diagram and workshop manual and proper test equipment to check out that circuit to figure out if there is a common correlating cause to all 4 sensor codes. Do not replace sensors! Unless they were just replaced with wrong or inferior ones, they are not the problem.
