What is your question?
We checked the fuses to see if they were getting power and they were. Took the seats out and checked the fuel pump and that was working fine. We are thinking it could be the fuel pressure regulator. Is there a good way to check that or should we look somewhere else?

Look somewhere else. A concern where the engine will crank but not start indicates a problem with one or more of a few areas. First, you could have a fuel delivery problem. You could have a lack of ignition spark. Engine timing could be disrupted. Engine compression could be compromised. Proper air intake to the engine could be interrupted or too plentiful. Testing hands on is required to find out what is happening. The battery dying could be sign of a weak battery in the first place, or just being over-stressed by repeated starting attempts. Your fuel guess -- have you checked for fuel at the fuel rail of the engine? Pressure gauge attached? If you're not doing those things, you're not really prepared to test or repair anything.
