What is your question?
The car was driving fine earlier. Now it won’t start. Car won’t start but all the lights come on. Can’t put in gear to roll pedal is stiff.

Sounds like the battery may be too weak to crank the engine, or there could be another starting system problem. Hands on testing is needed. No suggestions to be made here other than to obtain the assistance of a battery test, jump start attempt, or hands on evaluation.
